Consistently ecological, economical and social

Property has a direct impact on the environment and society. That's why sustainability in construction has long meant more than green building. A consistent, sustainable approach not only makes properties environmentally friendly, but also more modern and efficient. It can secure a higher return and reduce vacancies.

This includes optimising energy efficiency and water use, but also improving transport connections. Together with committed project partners, we consider and support CO2 saving potentials throughout the entire development process.

Good for the social climate: interim use

When an area is unused for a long time, we support city life. By making the spaces available and developing concepts for youth, sports, culture or art together with artists, educational research or cultural institutions. These can be exhibitions or studios, urban farming, presentations of green tech start-ups, upcycling workshops or e-sports.

Innovative materials

We want to be pioneers in the innovative use of sustainable building materials. To this end, we work together with universities and support various research projects. Wood as a building material, for example, fulfils all the requirements for a high-quality, sustainable and economical building concept and supports energy-efficient operation. The greening of the façades also makes a contribution to sustainability; it improves the biodiversity on the building. Just like the design of the roofs. They can evaporate rainwater and help improve fine dust retention and the microclimate in the neighbourhood.

Working environments for tomorrow

There is an ongoing change in mindset among both employees and employers. Work and private lives are merging, there is an increasing focus on health and mindfulness and a sharing culture is also becoming widespread in the professional sphere. Digitalisation in particular is driving constant changes to and adaptations of our working environments. Work environments need to be more flexible: they should adapt to people and not vice-versa.

A perfect blend of aesthetics and sustainability
