Van B attracts attention like a sculpture. Expressive, dynamic, progressive. With asymmetrical projections, floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies, it opens up to the urban living space. The façade facing the green inner courtyard, on the other hand, is stepped like a terrace. Copper-coloured metal and rough concrete create a striking yet elegant façade duality.

Four types of accommodation offer many options in Van B: the 1-bedroom apartments and 1-3-bedroom apartments with balconies and terraces. The gallery lofts have their own garden and redefine vertical living over three levels. Another highlight: the rooftop flats. The epitome of spaciousness. With direct access to the private roof terrace.

Nine multifunctional and movable room modules make the living space usable in numerous ways.  In specific terms, where there is a bedroom at night, there can be a home office during the day and a home cinema in the evening. Functions that are not used are pushed or folded away. In their place, a new space within the space opens up with a new function. Everything is determined by the residents themselves, according to their individual daily routine.
